The costs associated with training to the basic level to be a teacher, mean that in a lot of instances the staff working at the schools are only enthusiastic volunteers.



We believe that the motivation of the existing staff to work in education, married with our support in training, will result in achieving the best possible results for the children.



Once they have qualified, they not only bring more to the classroom, but they are able to increase their income and thus improve the communities’ prospects.
